Ordering & Payment
- How do I place an order?
- Browse our online shop, add your favorite arrangement to the cart, and choose pickup or delivery at checkout. You can also call or text us at (760) 932-4884 to place an order over the phone.
- How much do arrangements start at?
- Our custom arrangements start at $25. Pricing varies based on size, flower selection, and complexity. Browse our online shop to see current options and prices.
- Can I add a gift message to my order?
- Yes — there is a gift note field at checkout where you can write a personal message to the recipient. We'll include it with the arrangement.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Square checkout.
- Can I schedule an order in advance?
- Absolutely. You can schedule pickup or delivery up to 60 days in advance — handy for birthdays, anniversaries, and events you're planning ahead for.
Pickup & Delivery
- What are your hours?
- We are open Wednesday through Sunday. The shop is closed every Monday and Tuesday, so the earliest available pickup or delivery is Wednesday.
- Do you offer same-day delivery?
- Yes! We offer same-day flower delivery across North County San Diego — including Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Rancho Santa Fe — on orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Wednesday through Saturday.
- How far do you deliver?
- We deliver up to 18 driving miles from our shop, covering all of North County San Diego. Enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility, or see our full delivery guide for zone pricing.
- Who delivers the flowers?
- All deliveries are made by our own team — not a third-party courier. Your flowers are hand-carried from our shop to the recipient's door.
- Can I pick up my order in store instead?
- Absolutely. Just select pickup at checkout and we'll have your arrangement ready when you arrive. Pickup is available Wednesday through Sunday during shop hours.
Weddings & Events
- Do you do wedding flowers?
- Yes, we create custom wedding florals including bridal bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, and ceremony arrangements. Contact us directly to discuss your vision.
- How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?
- We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months before your date, especially for peak wedding season (spring through fall). Call or text us at (760) 932-4884 to get started.
